The Alabama Board of Court Reporting met on Friday, August 15, 2008, in order to conduct regular Board
Business. Those present were as follows: Judge Aubrey Ford, Chair; Joseph Fawal, Member; Shannon Ball,
Member; Deanna Johnson, Member; and Laura Nichols, Member. Suzanne Frazier, Vice-Chair; and Sydney Frazier,
Member; were not present. Also present were Paula Scout McCaleb, Executive Director; Bettie Carmack, Assistant
Attorney General; and Brandy L. Vanorden, Licensing Agent and serving as Recording Secretary.
